The present state of the receptacle. Setting this 
object to 'on' will cause the receptacle to be turned
on. Setting this object to 'off' will turn the
receptacle off. If the receptacle is already in the
desired state nothing will happen. After an
autorestart (see upsAutoRestart) the receptacle will
be on.
