Specifies which alarm can be handled by the UPS.
The 'Mask' parameter is a Long Integer32. The meaning
of every bit is the same as for the 'upsAlarmGroupA'
command. A bit having value=1 indicates that the
corresponding alarm is handled by the UPS.
