1. The address type of this object is specified in 
cmgVoipRemoteRtcpMonitorInetAddressType.
2. Default of cmgVoipRemoteRtcpMonitorInetAddressType is unknown(0) and 
cmgVoipRemoteRtcpMonitorInetAddress is zero length.
