Timeslot Monitoring flag. When on, timeslot usage is monitored and traps are sent when thresholds are crossed. Those traps are cmgTimeslotOccupancyFault, cmgTimeslotOccupancyClear, cmgTimeslotAvailabilityFault and cmgTimeslotAvailabilityClear.
