The cookie type which can be either 4 byte or 8 byte, Default value is none when the cookiesize is configured as 4-byte, l2tpSessionLocalCookie and l2tpSessionRemoteCookie will accept only 4 byte cookie-ID when the cookiesize is configured as 8-byte, l2tpSessionLocalCookie and l2tpSessionRemoteCookie will accept only 8 byte cookie-ID.
