Object
A portlist containing bits representing the dot1dBridgePorts
which have been disabled via the mechanism described in the
etsysPolicyRuleDisablePort leaf. A set bit indicates a
disabled port.
Ports may be enabled by performing a set with the
corresponding bit cleared. Bits which are set will
be ignored during the set operation.
