The round trip time (in milliseconds) is used by the DHT in the computation of the CQE R-Factor. It must be estimated by the management entity and supplied to the DHT via the use of this MIB for the RCQE result to be accurate. Note that the one way delay used by the device in its computation will be RoundTripTime / 2.
