This attribute indicates the Receive Module (via
the RmId from the ReceiveModule object) to which this
Receive Channel connects.  If this object contains
a zero value (and thus no Receive Channel Connectivity),
the Receive Channel Connectivity TLV is omitted
from the RCC.
