This attribute denotes the number of times the CM lost
synchronization with the downstream channel. Discontinuities
in the value of this counter can occur
at re-initialization of the managed system, and at
other times as indicated by the value of
ifCounterDiscontinuityTime for the CM MAC Domain interface.
