For a Downstream Bonding Group, this attribute provides the DSID Resequencing Wait Time that is to be used for all DSIDs associated with this Downstream Bonding Group. The value of 255 indicates that the DSID Resequencing Wait Time is determined by the CMTS. The value zero in not supported for downstream bonding groups. For an Upstream Bonding Group, this attribute has no meaning and returns the value 0.
