To configure Self IP address of the VPC switch that is used as
the source IP by the dual control plane detection protocol (DCPDP)
on the VPC switches.
              
NOTE: In order to set value for the object, need to set values for agentPeerIpAddr, 
agentSourceIpAddr, agentPeerRowStatus objects simultaneously.
To reset the object to the default state, the agentPeerRowStatus object should be used.
