Enumeration
The current operational state of flow control. The none (1) state indicates that no flow control is performed. The flow control mechanism is different between full duplex mode and half duplex mode. For full duplex mode, the IEEE 802.3x (2) flow control function sends PAUSE frames and receives PAUSE frames. For half duplex mode, backpressure (3) is performed.
