If set to 'true', local IP addresses are listed as routes in the rtmRouteTable and rtmRibTable, and included in rtmEntityRouteNumber. If set to 'false', local IP addresses are not listed. The value of this field should be decided during integration. The field is not expected to be exposed to end users and is not expected to change during the lifetime of the DC-RTM entity. As such, this object follows the replaceOnlyWhileDisabled behavior.
