Used to set the Line Utilization Threshold (LUT) % to compare against the linear weighted percentage to determine when more/less bandwidth is to be added/removed. Linear weighting is computed (averaged) over the period of time specified by the rmtProfileEntryMpHistoryTime object. Additional bandwidth is added whenever the linear weighted percentage exceeds the LUT % for a consecutive number of average line utilization reading(s) (computation(s)) as specified by the rmtProfileEntryMpMoreBWSamples object. Conversely, additional possible previously added Bandwidth is removed whenever the linear weighted percentage falls below the LUT % value for a consecutive number of average line utilization reading(s) (computation(s)) as specified by the rmtProfileEntryMpLessBWSamples object.
