OctetString
A bit map defining port numbers to which the filter is applied. Octet 1 specifies port 1 to 8, octet 2 specifies port 9 to 16, and so on. Within each octet, the MSB maps to the lowerest port, and LSB maps to the highest port. For filters with FilterType entry(1), this parameter is ignored.
