The value of sysUpTime associated with the end of the sample period for the associated sifUtilSysPeakTBitRate/sifUtilSysPeakRBitRate sample, or the most recent timestamp for the sample currently being accumulated. This will be 0 for any ports for which utilization statistics are not kept, or where statistics have been reset too recently to have accumulated an appropriate sample.
