Length of time during which statistics were collected. In particular, the following statistics may be examined to determine the exact utilization rate of a port: ifInOctets, ifInUcastPkts, ifInNUcastPkts ifOutOctets, ifOutUcastPkts, ifOutNUcastPkts sifRxChar0s, sifRxChar1s.
