Integer32
Which profile to use (i.e., the value of profileIndex) for TCP packets for non-established sessions. A non-established session is indicated by neither the ACK nor RST bit being set in the TCP packet. A value of 0 means no profile, i.e., filter all packets. This rule only applies to packets with a fragment offset of zero.
