DURABLE: This object controls the access granted to SNMP/IPX requests which match a mask/match and community name string. no-access(1) means that that address/community name pair has no SNMP/IPX access. read-only(2) allows only read access to MIB objects. read-write(3) allows full access to the device's MIB.
