Object

column mandatory r/w Unsigned32 
The delay measured in samples before a state 
is asserted. If the value is zero, then the state 
is asserted as soon as it is detected; if it is 
non-zero, say n, then the assertion condition must 
exist for n+1 consecutive samples before the 
corresponding assertion event is reported.
