This object represents the power that the antenna will transmit.
The minimum average transmit power for the U-NII or MMDS band is
0.01 microwatts (-80 dBm). Maximum average transmit power:
    For the MMDS band is 2 Watts i.e. (+33dBm). 
For the U-NII band is 100 milliwatts i.e. (+20dBm).
    The power is specified in dBm.
