Unsigned32
This object is used by the networking entity to select a route
based on administrative weight of possible routes.
Administrative weights of links and nodes contained in a path
are aggregated and compared against this object. The networking
entity prefers a path whose aggregate administrative weight is
lesser than the value of this object.
Setting this parameter to 0 indicates to the switch that only
the best available route should be chosen. If this
object is set to a value of 0xFFFFFFFF(4294967295),
then switch ignore this metric in making routing decisions.
This parameter is not allowed to be set on a slave endpoint.
(i.e. if 'cwaChanRoutingMastership' is set to 'false').
