Upon expiration of this timer, the call agent is notified about this through ServiceChange message(for H.248 protocol) or through gateway initiated delete message(for MGCP protocol). This object is not applicable for Multi-CID SVC(if MIB object 'cvapSvcMultiCIDPerSvc' is set to 'true').
