This ds0 table contains both cas related
and non cas related parameters.

The non cas related parameters are applicable
accross all line signaling types, while the
following cas related parameters
are applicable only if the signaling type
of the line(DS1/E1 Interface) to which this ds0 belongs
is cas.

        ds0IdleCode
        ds0SeizedCode
        ds0ReceivedCode
        ds0CasVariantName
        ds0CasCadenceOnTime
        ds0CasCadenceOffTime
        ds0InsertLocalCas
        ds0LocalCasPattern
        ds0CasParameterSource
        ds0CasOnHookMinMakeTime
        ds0CasOffHookMinMakeTime
        ds0CasWinkMinMakeTime
        ds0CasWinkMaxMakeTime
        ds0CasWinkBreakTime
        ds0CasGlareTime
        ds0CasGaurdTime
        ds0CasDelayImmedStart
        ds0CasMinDelayDialTime
        ds0CasMinStartDialTime
        ds0CasFlashMinMakeTime
        ds0CasFlashMaxMakeTime
        ds0CasDirectionality
        ds0CasGlarePolicy
        ds0CasIncomingMgcpPackage
        ds0CasOutgoingMgcpPackage

When the line signaling type changes from cas to non-cas
and vice versa, then the user will be forced to delete
endpoint/ccs channels associated with any ds0 on that line
When an endpoint is deleted the ds0CasVariantName associated
with that endpoint will also be implicitly deleted.
Other than that none of the above cas related parameters are
modified across line signaling type changes.
