scalar SNMPv2-SMICounter32 
This object reflects the total number of Ringing
(180) responses sent by the user agent since system startup.
A outbound Ringing response indicates that this
system has processed an INVITE for a particular
end user and found a possible location where that
user has registered recently.  The system is trying
to alert the end user and is conveying that status
to the system that originated the INVITE.
