configuration.
The table is a sparse table of dial-peer information.
This means, it only reflects dial-peers being used
for SIP. A dial-peer is being used for SIP if the
value of cvVoIPPeerCfgSessionProtocol
(CISCO-VOICE-DIAL-CONTROL-MIB) is 'sip'.
Dial-peers are not created or destroyed via this
table. Only SIP related configuration can be
performed via this table once the dial-peer exists
in the system and is visible in this table.
