This object specifies how the SIP gateway would initiate call
hold requests.
directionAttr: The user agent will use the direction
attribute such as a=sendonly or a=inactive in
the sdp to initiate call hold requests.
connAddr: The user agent will use 0.0.0.0 connection address
to specify Call Hold.
