This object specifies the target SNR margin. This is the desired noise margin the STU-C must achieve with a BER of 10-7 or better to successfully complete training. The value for this object must be in multiples of 10. The specified value will be rounded down to the nearest valid tenth dB level if the value is not in multiples of 10.
