scalar r/w Seconds SNMPv2-SMIUnsigned32 
This object specifies the IGMP timeout, in seconds.
To set this value, cLSysMulticastIGMPSnoopingEnabled
must be set to true.  When the timeout expires, the 
controller sends a query on all WLANs, causing all 
clients that are listening to a multicast group to 
send a packet back to the controller.
