This object specifies whether Multicast IGMP Snooping
is enabled or disabled on the controller.  
A value of 'true' indicates that the Multicast IGMP 
Snooping is enabled. To enable this, 
agentNetworkMulticastMode/clsConfigMulticastEnabled 
must not be in disabled state.  
A value of 'false' indicates that the Multicast IGMP 
Snooping is disabled on the controller.
