The    cause     for   rejection  of     the   last
LE_CONFIGURE_REQUEST.  This  will be the value  of the
status field    that    was sent   in   the  rejection
LE_CONFIGURE_RESPONSE.  If the config server has never
issued  a failed response  then  this object will have
the value of 0.
