MSUs per second CimrMsuThreshold
This object is used to establish a default value for all instances of the cimrMsuProcOverloadedThreshold object in the cimrMsuProcTable table. The value for this object must be greater than the values specified by cimrMsuRateAcceptableThreshold and cimrMsuRateWarningThreshold objects. All changes to this threshold will take effect at the end of the current interval.
