Each entry represents ifindex persistence configuration for an interface specified by ifIndex. Whenever an interface which supports ifindex persistence is created/destroyed in the ifTable, the corresponding ifindex persistence entry is created/destroyed respectively. Some of the interfaces may not support ifindex persistence, for example, a dynamic interface, such as a PPP connection or a IP subscriber interface.
