Gi interface, specified by cgprsAccPtIfIndex.
This value is mandatory if the value of
cgprsAccPtIfIndex is non-zero. Setting the
cgprsAccPtIfIndex object to zero will reset this
object to the value of '00000000'H, which means
it is not used.
