This object specifies the periodic accounting timer
interval value for the access point. When this object 
is set to a value, 'interim' type accounting records
will be sent at the specified interval for the PDP or
Bearer contexts on this APN. When set to '0' the 'interim'
type accounting records will not be sent out.
