This table maintains the specific throughput information for
each physical entity, which supports throughput monitoring.
          
An agent creates a conceptual row to this table corresponding
to a physical entity upon detection of a physical entity
supporting the throughput monitoring.
          
An agent destroys a conceptual row from this table
corresponding to a physical entity upon removal of
the physical entity.
