each physical entity, which supports performance monitoring.

to a physical entity upon detection of a physical entity
supporting the performance monitoring.

the physical entity.

such as current, 1 minute, etc.

all the entities supporting performance data. However, the
support for 1-minute and 5-minutes interval history for 
entities are optional and at the descretion of the device
supporting the performance monitoring.
