Enumeration
The object is used to refuse CHAP authentication
from peers requesting it.
To disable this function set the value to no.
RefuseCallinOnly indicating the system to refuse to
answer CHAP authentication challenges received from
the peer, but will still require the peer to answer
any CHAP challenges this system sends.
