This object indicates the number of active
Unsolicited Grant Service (UGS) on a given upstream.
This would be used for the user to evaluate traffic
load at any given time of the day.
The Unsolicited Grant Service (UGS) is designed to
support real-time service flows that generate fixed
size data packets on a periodic basis.
