This object indicates the average number of
Unsolicited Grant Service (UGS) allocated on a
given upstream in the last five minutes. This would
be used for the user to evaluate traffic load at
any given time of the day.
The Unsolicited Grant Service (UGS) is designed to
support real-time service flows that generate fixed
size data packets on a periodic basis.
