The CTI OS CG side B name object holds the host name of the side B CTI gateway (CG) that this enterprise contact center application CTI object server (CTI OS) functional component is associated. The CTI OS component must be connected to a CG that is part of the same instance. If the side A CG is the active CG and a failure occurs, the side B CG then immediately assumes the role. In this case, CTI OS will lose its connection to the side A CG and thus use this object value to connect to the side B CG.
