ccasILSMaxMakeTime

This object specifies the maximum time for which the Rx 
pattern (ccasILSRxPattern) must persist to be considered 
a valid state change or transition.
The value of 0 indicates there is no maximum make time 
for this signal. 
The value of ccasILSMaxMakeTime must be greater and equal
ccasILSMinMakeTime. 
If the value is non-zero and the state change lasts for  
more than the maximum value specified, it does not match 
the signal name.
