column Integer32 
Reports the ASCU Identifier which uniquely
identifies an ASCU on a given interface. This value is
the Interface Address (IA) for ALC and the Remote Identifier
(RID) for UTS. A value of 0 indicates that the ASCU id is either 
unavailable or not applicable.
