scalar mandatory r/w Integer32 
This configuration enables/disables the in-band channels: 1-4.
The LSB represent channel 1, the 2nd bit channel 2, etc.
If a bit is on (1) it's channel is enabled.
Example: if channels 2 & 4 are enabled and channels 1 & 3 are disabled, then
                 the binary value is 1010, so the MIB value (decimal integer) will be 10.
