Enumeration
Port Speed setting. Supports enabling (the
'negotiated' options) or disabling (the 'forced'
option) port speed auto-negotiation and sets
the negotiated maximum or hardcoded speed.
If a device does not support this functionality,
the value of this attribute is silently ignored.
