This variable specifies the access list number for which
all IPv4 per-entry counts will be cleared.
This number may correspond to an individual access list (1..199).
Setting to '0' will cause the per-entry counts to be cleared for ALL
IPv4 configured access lists.
This variable always returns '0' upon reading
