Object
When a row's cadIfDownSpectralInversion column is set to true(1), then spectral inversion is enabled. Otherwise, spectral inversion is disabled. Note that spectral inversion is a video PHY parameter not used with DOCSIS channels; it is only used for channels of type VOD and video-replica.
