Enumeration
The operational status of this MCT Cluster Peer. The follwoing
values are supported for operational status
unknown(1) - Unknown state
noState(2) - The peer state machine is not started
init(3) - The peer state machine is initializing
ccpUp(4) - CCP is up
ccpDown(5) - CCP is down
reachable(6) - CCP is down, but peer is reachable through keep
alive VLAN
