Reports the frequency to which this phy is locked. The value of this object will reflect the frequency as calculated according to the settings of cmDsCalPhyTuner and cmDsCalPhyTuner, and does not include the frequency error as reported by cmDsCalPhyFrequencyError. If cmDsCalPhyLockNow has not been set to true(1) then this object will report a value of 0.
