Controls and reflects the number of IF coefficients per downstream frequency in the cmDsCalIFCoefTable. Note that the total number of entries in this table will be the value of cmDsCalNumOffsets (from the BRCM-CM-FACTORY-MIB) multiplied by this value. If this value is changed, then the cmDsCalIFCoefTable will be destroyed and rebuilt with the new number of coefficients, but all coefficient values will be set to zero.
